Compile with Framework API and Deploy on EC2 Inf1 — Archived (TensorFlow)

The TensorFlow Neuron variant of this developer flow followed the same steps
as the core Framework API to EC2 Inf1 flow. For the general procedure and
prerequisites, see the current reference:

TensorFlow Neuron is no longer supported by the SDK. If you are maintaining
an existing TensorFlow Neuron workload, use the general procedure above with
the latest TensorFlow Neuron release you depend on.
