Deploy Neuron Container on EKS — Archived (TensorFlow)

The TensorFlow Neuron variant of this developer flow followed the same steps
as the core Neuron Container on EKS flow. For the general procedure and
prerequisites, see the current reference:

TensorFlow Neuron is no longer supported by the SDK. If you are maintaining
an existing TensorFlow Neuron workload, use the general procedure above with
the latest TensorFlow Neuron release you depend on.
